Kick starting the St Kilda weekend with a Bloody Mary, through to our extensive cocktails, single malts and spirits to cap off the evening, Pelican offers our guests a place to perch at the bar, or full table service for a cheeky one or two on the deck.
Our ever-changing board of interesting and different wines has been carefully selected by our Sommelier. So if you are looking for an authentic Italian Valpolicella, a Sangiovese from the foothills of Victoria’s King Valley, or a delicate and interesting Albarino, check out the specials board, or have a chat with the staff and see if we can’t find you something you like.
